Social Media Customer Support Assistant

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Indonesia only)

We’re looking for a Social Media Customer Support Assistant to help our main customer support team. You’ll be handling Facebook and Instagram inboxes and comments, with pre-defined layouts, so no stress!

What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inboxes and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
Follow our pre-set templates and keep things professional but friendly.
Coordinate with the main customer support for anything that needs escalation.

What We’re Looking For:
Indonesian citizens only (since we are an Indonesian company).
Experience in customer support, especially handling social media.
Someone organized, responsive, and ready to engage immediately.
Good written communication in English.

Work Hours:
4 to 6 hours a day, depending on your availability.
Monday to Friday.
